What could have been a bad situation turned out great, but that was largely thanks to this buyer's patience in the face of Royal Mail's ineptitude. I sold Nella three Apple Delight ponies and they got detoured to China by Royal Mail - but we kept in contact and Nella was very understanding about the whole situation. Thankfully the ponies made it safely! I highly recommend dealing with this buyer - she's great
