I made copies for manythings that mys ponies need.
I have made copies of some of my little pony accessories that are hard to find.
I have also made copies of the eyes of the TE because some are broken and so could replace :)

I wanted two Spain Tex´s Hat, (white and yellow) wanted to make a gift to a friend :) I made some copies of the hats and were good! also made a few copies for me in other colors, the origninal hat is the green ;) the others are copies ^^

I've seen the those hats live, and I can say they are awesome! The texture and thickness is very similar to the originals! And those flowers are s cute! Shame I only have one sister pony! ^^

the hats and the flowers are made of "liquid plastic" or resin. the TE are epoxy tranparent resin.
I think that I can sell the flowers for 1€, the pair of TE 3€ and the hat of Tex for 5€???

Those prices look very fair- shipping is what's going to be the killer. I can't imagine they weigh much, but international post can get expensive.

I was wondering what material you are using to cast in? I have some model horse projects in the works and what ever you are using for those eyes would work for it.

I use urethane resin for the castings, is white or creamy. the transparent resin is epoxi resin. thanx for your interest ^^

Yeah but if you use resin/harts the hat will not be hollow.

I guess by making molds? Like with any other thing.... My husband does molds of WWII miniatures and he makes duplicates of parts by making molds. You must use the right materials though.

Yeah i think its the same as my takaras. But im just wondering if you put something in the hat to make it hollow like that when you make the mold? im just curiouse =)

Limonice, I believe that each person uses their working methods. There are online tutorials for making molds, but I think everyone has their "trick";)
