This is one of my favorite exclusive sets. I want her mates!

I want this whole set with their accessories. It'll never happen though.

Have never had nor ever seen any of them.

I have regular Melody but not this version. Can never decide how I feel about the rollerskaters... I definitely wouldn't turn them away if I found them in the wild or whatever, but I'm not sure if I'd go out of my way to get one, either. Hmmm. They are delightfully absurd.

This set has a really interesting gimmick, but I'm more fond of "regular" ponies. I can't remember if I every had Rollerskating Melody. I did have Jazzie, the green one, at one point.

I never liked her- due to the roller skates. The coloring was also never to my tastes. I like ponies to wear blankets and hats- but shoes always looked a bit odd and skates? Ridiculous.

I would of loved her as a kid. :) Love those skates.

I have her, she was part of my first ever g1 lot.I like her and her gimmick is fine.

I don't know what to think of her. The skates are a little ridiculous, but regular Melody doesn't have that lovely yellow stripe in her mane...

I don't have any ponies in this set yet, but I want them all! I love the more silly and unique gimmicks they came up with in G1's later years. :P

This set has a really interesting gimmick, but I'm more fond of "regular" ponies. I can't remember if I every had Rollerskating Melody. I did have Jazzie, the green one, at one point.
The green one is Hip Hop. The yellow one is Jazzie :)
There is one batch of these where the boxes got printed wrong and the names all got switched around, but it's an obvious mistake since Melody's name appears on one of the others xD.
I had Jazzie and Melody from new, my sister had Hip Hop. Jazzie and Hip Hop I think must have been Christmas presents in around 1992-3ish, since we both had one each.
Melody came from a little toy store in Aberystwyth where they had some oldish stock. I think it was in around 1994 or 1995ish. I had Melody and my sister had GH Ringlets from that trip :)
I also found a Melody at the carboot sale a few weeks ago in reasonable shape :D
I like the rollers and the idea Hasbro was trying to get over with them, although I think it's a shame that when the rubber wheels harden they no longer skate. The mechanisms on all ours still work, but...no grip means they just whir now :(

I like her! I have hip-hop (the green pony) from the same set, so it'd be nice if i had some of her friends.
