Title: stubborn spots??

help! I can't get this stuff off! I've tried the magic erasure thing but no luck? any other ideas?

visitors can't see pics , please register or login


I'm trying to clean him up and sell him but this marker or whatever won't go away ug :sad:

Unfortunately that looks like saddle burns or more likely "highlighter" marks. I am sorry to say that you will probably not be able to remove them - they tend to be a result of the plastic breaking down. However, on the off chance they are saddle burns, you could try sun fading them :)

craaaaaaaap is he even worth trying to sell now or should I just MOD him? I got his hair all nice too :(

Oh that requires sunfading - the dye has stained the vinyl.  :)  Wrap it up like a baked potato except those spots, and leave in a sunny window until they are gone.  Check daily.  The sitting ponies are worth more since there are only two characters... I would NOT customize!

Yep that looks like its from pony wear. I bet within a few days you'll notice the difference with sunfading.
