Price check on Lil Tot. The pictures suggest she is in great condition. She is $30 USD. Is this a fair price?

That's pretty high... she averages $10-20

This is the WORST time of the year to buy MLP - all the prices are inflated to their max.  Summer is when the prices will go down again...
