I don’t know if anyone has noticed, but I haven’t heard anyone talking about it elsewhere. But a lot of cool things from the Takara g1 line have been put up on eBay (by chambychick). The lowest seems to be $80.
I’m absolutely dying, because I swore off pony merch this year, and this is an epic opportunity.
I would love to see if anyone here gets their hands on a Takara treasure from this seller. Best wishes to all potential buyers!
So, I guess discuss the effects (positive or negative) of throwing all these rare items back for old school pony collectors to salvage?

This is indeed a great opportunity indeed, though Milky is really expensive as well as the Styling House which usually came with an adult Takara. The accessories are well priced though.

as far as I know, the listings for them have always been ridiculous. Same goes for Pinky. I can’t fathom dropping thousands at once on a single pony, but if someone has the money and willingness, more power to them. I wish them all the happiness with such a purchase. It’s quite nice the accessories are more affordable, yes.
