Title: Wave 16 Blind bags

Has anyone see blind bag wave 16 in their stores? Mylocal Walmart skip Wave 16 and went wave 17..  Also give away a free Wave 15 with purchase Wave 17.. Is anyone stores doing this?

I found wave 16 at HEB (a Texas based grocery chain)

And yes, I think all Walmarts are doing the 2 for 1 with the bakery themed set and wave 17.
