Hello there, I am Kayla, I am 18 and I enjoy collecting various kinds of toys, Webkinz, Littlest Pet Shops, Dragon figures, Ponies and Sylvanian Families. I live in Michigan and currently a Senior at High School (It is almost over . . . thank god). Right now, I am really into Gen 1 Ponies and just started collecting them recently, I only have 6 now, but it'll get bigger over time. What inspired me to collect Gen 1s was me a few months ago finding some on sale at a convention. It made my inner child happy, because I grew up with the 80s cartoon and still find myself enjoying episodes to this day.

Welcome to the Arena! Trust me, now that you have joined, your collection will multiply ;) I got hooked on G1s by finding them in the wild too! Also, in the Pony Corral, there are threads discussing the G1 cartoon :) So far we have done Rescue at Midnight Castle and Escape From Catrina, and there will be more :biggrin: Glad you joined, I look forward to seeing you around! Welcome my fellow high school student! Senior, huh? I’m not terribly familiar with how the American school system works, having lived up here all my life. So correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s grade 12, right? Grads coming up soon? I’m just in grade 11, so I still have a year left. Have any idea what you want to do once school is over?
     Anyway, we have a lot of g1 lovers around here, and as safflower said, we have discussions on the g1 cartoons. Do you have a favourite episode of the 80’s cartoon?

Hi friend! :) good to have you on the Arena. It is always nice to see people who collect various kinda of toys -I collect LPS, Breyer and calico critters as well as Disney related stuff in addition to MLP. I love G1 the most! I have nostalgia for G3 but G1 is what really got me into collecting. I hope you enjoy the Arena! 🐴
