I'd like to know how much a (mint) Baby Katie would go for these days?

I personally would estimate $10-$15 USD for a loose Katie if in good condition. Maybe if someone really wanted her it might be $20. But the ponies on their own are not as hard to find as the pets which sell for more.
I sold a Billie a while back for around $12 or thereabouts I think, and she had some minor wear, so around $15 seems fair?
Maybe someone else can confirm...

I'd agree with Taffeta's range; I've acquired each from that set in the last few years, never paid more than $20 by either US or UK sellers. They're so cute!

Unless, of course, the Katie in question happens to be the mythical alt pose Katie that may or may not form a set with LadyG's alt pose production sample Billie and my alt pose production sample Susie, of course...
...I know, it's unlikely, but I felt like I had to mention it since we still don't know if an alt pose Katie exists (and I would really love one to!)

Ebay prices are often inflated by fees being currently ridiculous.
Also though it depends on where the seller is. You would probably pay more for the pony and less on shipping within the US - less for the pony but more on shipping from Europe :)
They are some of the more popular/common late UK babies, they seem to have sold pretty well...

I traded mine but I think I'd put her up for £5/6 as she wasn't in perfect condition. She seems to be about £12-15 on eBay
