In april I bought one of her customs, sadly it's september and the pony never showed up, for sure it's gone lost in the mail, we have waited to see if was going back to Elven or just a delay of my post but nothing. Elven issued a full refund but as I think it's not fair for her and it's not her fault I decided to block it.
I'm gonna commission her a copy of that lost pony as soon possible =)
Thank you dear, that's sad we have been hit by the inefficiency of the post but you are a lovely and honest person and I am 100% happy to deal with you very soon!
