The Noble Jacks are my favourite band - I've been to four gigs in the last 7 months. I just needed to make a pony to celebrate them, and the Blacksmith Stomp was their most recent single, so what could be better than a Shire horse for them!

Thanks guys, I really enjoy painting lettering for some reason! It's not perfect, but the flaws in the layout are well covered by the shape of the pony's flank...

Okay first of all, bless you for turning me onto this band! Folk is my fave genre and being a blacksmith myself, I've been listening to their new song on repeat for awhile lol. It's so good!
Second of all, this custom is gorgeous! The coloring is very realistic and that lettering is to die for. Well done!

I love that this pony is getting the boys some new fans! If you ever get the chance to see them live, they're an excellent live act, they really know how to get a room of people involved in their music.

Fantastic pony and I'd also like to thank you for the recommendation! I love folk but these days I forget to keep an eye (or ear? lol) out for new bands to listen to, all too often I just resort to my old favourites. :blush:
That lettering is superb and I love the realistic colours. The hair blend especially is to die for! Great work!
