Title: Pony Customiser Won't Reply

Hello,

I don't know if I'm allowed to mention usernames here or not, so I won't, but I have a problem.

A customiser agreed to make me a custom back in May. We agreed a price and although they didn't ask for payment before finishing, I did send the custom base at my own expense. They messaged me back in May saying they had prepared it for custom, and I had sent all the necessary information before then.
Since then, however, I haven't heard anything from them. I sent two or three messages asking about it, but have no replies. This user hasn't even been active on this forum on over a week at this point, so I don't know what to do.

Does anyone have any advice for me here? I'm just really disappointed as this was supposed to be a special gift for my girlfriend :(

Hmm.. that’s definitely a sticky situation.. do you have their email? Maybe contacting an administrator here might have a phone # or something? Not sure if that’s allowed though...

Someone might know the person IRL (or on another social platform) if you share the name, and maybe can reach out to them. It's possible maybe something bad is going in their life right now, ya know?

Some people work at different paces, however it's always good to keep open communication...

Did the seller say how long they thought the custom would take to make?  In my experience, customs commission projects seem to take a lot longer than you might thing.

However, it is troubling that you haven't received a reply.  I would try emailing them directly if you have an email-  or ask Loa to help.

Thanks everyone! The customiser is WhippyCorn, and I did commission her about two or tree years ago, and I had no problems then, so I wonder if something has happened to her :( If anyone knows her email, please let me know <3 Thank you!
