:frolic: thank you to ponyfan for all your help!!!!!! We are back and running. I have a replacement for photobucket...and I can use it...hahaha :frolic: now I can keep doing photo contests!!!!!

Hula Hula and her husband, Sportstime, spending a quiet afternoon together in the outdoors while the kids are playing elsewhere. They met while they were both living on Butterfly Island and they were very much in love. But they hit a bump when Sportstime became a professional soccer player and was away a lot to play matches. Hula Hula moved away with their daughter to live close to her sister. Sportstime realised what he had lost, went after her and won her back. Now their love is stronger than ever and they have two more kids.

The only thing Baby Pearly loves more than exploring and finding treasures is doing it with her older sister Baby Celebrate. Merponies being the mysterious and not numerous creatures they are the adult sea ponies have taken the remaining baby merponies in as their own. Today Wavedancer surprised the children with a supervised swim to the crystal caverns, a place filled with glittering gems.

Mainsail doesn't have a significant other, but she cares deeply for her sister, Night Glider. every summer, the two will go stargazing together. sometimes, Mainsail will claim to spot a shooting star, but Night Glider will quickly correct her that what she saw was an airplane.

Uh oh, Seascape is still a little heartbroken over a recent breakup. When we told her what this rounds topic was she fell apart. "It doesn't have to be romantic, you could do a family shot! Or go out with friends!" But it was too late, she was already in one of her bad moods. She's been locked up in her apartment ever since watching sappy romantic movies and binging on ice cream. "Why can't someone love me like they do in these movies?", she asked herself. She is a bit of a drama queen when it comes to love. She'll be over it in a couple days.

Woah my suggestion won!? :O Well, now I gotta find a super-cute outfit!! I would think swimsuits count too, since you DO wear them to the beach! ;)

Beach wear is anything. Swim suit works, maybe they play sports on the beach. Maybe there is a beach party they are going to. Anything you would wear to the beach is beach wear.

I kind of know what you are going through. My winger is causing me much stress because those things on her back keep getting in the way. I have to be oh so delicate. I'm not even using Cool Breeze for the fitting. Instead, I have Little Flitter as her stand-in and still have not accomplished anything. May have to go a different direction with this beach wear thing. :pullhair: :wonder:

I am hoping to do an "on location" photo shoot this Friday pending weather so still in the game. I do have a concern regarding the overall performance vote at the end however, and that is we can no longer see previous photos of each others entries to get an idea on how one would like to vote. I suppose I could just wing it, no pun intended, unless someone else has another suggestion. Yes I know I am making this hard :P

Whew, this was a tough one! I can't seem to find my pony accessories anywhere and I didn't have luck finding any other doll clothes that might fit my pony. I ended up just making an outfit out of sculpey, my sculpting skills for things this small are a little rusty but I got my girl an outfit! :P

Seascape, being from a warmer climate, frankly gets a little cold on the beach and is a little grossed out by ocean water, so a swimsuit is generally a no go for her. Instead she prefers to wear crazy colorful hawaiian shirts she finds at thrifts stores. They never fit her quite right, but she loves the different patterns and designs she finds. She also has a wide variety of colorful sunglasses that she tries to match with her shirts!
Now to try and pick a top five! That's going to be incredibly difficult, everyone has taken such fun pictures!

Hoo boy, I am having a tough time with my photo! First poor Cutesaurus fell into the water! And then I realized my fave shot is out of focus! So I went with my next-favorite, which I think is still pretty cute, even though none of my accessories made it into the shot!

Cutesaurus has a lot of activities planned for her summer vacation, so her fashion has to reflect that! First she’s gonna check out some tide pools, then she’s going snorkeling, and finally off to hula class!

As Cool Breeze stands behind a sign and tries to disguise her identity with a pair of oversized sunglasses and scarf, she ponders her bucket list. "What was I thinking, combining surfing and a nude beach? Who goes surfing in the nude anyway?... I just need to get out of here."
Surprisingly, there are individuals who do surf in the nude :lol:

This Bathing Beauty pageant has turned out to be the start of a modelling career for Hula Hula. She went to Butterfly Island to model different beach wear for this round and here she's modelling a fashionable swim suit.

i apologize for the delays. if i had known something like this would happen, i would not have entered something with deadlines. long story short, someone in my family was going through something very hard and scary but they're doing well and all is fine now :)
Mainsail has a whole wardrobe of swimsuits and outfits to wear while sailing. here is one of her more fabulous numbers, complete with tutu and leopard print!

Here's mine! We don't live close to a (nice) beach, so I had to make do with my porch XD
Petite petunia doesn't like getting too exposed to the sun, either in her garden or at the beach. rather than slipping into a bikini and going for a swim - which is quite the hassle with her long hair anyway - she likes feeding and observing the ducks that hang out by the lake.
