I don't know if anyone here is a fan of Steven Universe, but I have a giant crush on Rose Quartz and wanted to make a custom to honor her. She's made from a G3 Valenshy, and her hair a custom blend of 50% Fairy's Breath, 25% Sakura, and 25% Brilliant Pussycat. It was boil-permed using large curlers, then fluffed slightly, and decorated with pearl headed pins and flowers. On her display side is the symbol that appears on Rose's shield, and on her non display side, a simple night sky set against her pink body in the show's animation style. Then gem in her cutie mark is original to the pony, and was just perfect for a Rose Quartz custom!

Rose Quartz is a very pretty pony though :biggrin: beautifully made ^.^

I'm not familiar with Steven Universe either, but this is one stunning pony! :heart: I'm repeating myself but her eyes are simply gorgeous, I'm in love with the cream coloured lashes. The hair blend is very delicate and her hair is beautifully styled. Well done!

I love steven universe! And rose quartz is amazing, and this custom does her justice. So much detail I don't know where to start! I love the night sky idea, as the shows animation style is quite beautiful. And her hair is so curly and poofy and with the roses in itit just looks amazing! This is lovely. Keep up the great work!

I'm not a fan of Steven Universe, I watched the first episode and didn't enjoy it... but I'm a fan of similar shows and have thus been exposed to the show a fair bit on the internet.
This Rose Quartz custom is so gorgeous, everything about her is beautiful, she would not be unwelcome in my herd. ^.^

I AM FREAKING OUT! This is GORGEOUS! I am obsessed with SU and I cant believe I never thought to use those gem ponies for SU themed customs! This is genius and beautiful. You did such an amazing job on details. If RoseQ became a MLP I bet this is exactly what she would look like!

Despite not being a fan of SU, I think that Rose Quartz has a lovely design and you did an excellent job re-creating her as a pony. She's absolutely amazing!
