So I brought my carousel down from the attic for cleaning so took the opportunity to snag some pictures of them.

I also managed to find a fantastic website for identification as sone of my stands had got mixed up.

somemhow I have a spare stand with no horse and the stands for two of the horses have gone walk about.

I am actively starting to look for the swan carriage and black twilight to add to the carousel its self. But from what I have read they are hard to come by.

Does anyone else collect them I would love to see pictures of others if you do.

I collect them too. I have the whole set except black Twilight and the swan chariot. What kills me is that I actually saw an MOC black Twilight on Ebay a few years ago, but I thought she must be a custom returned to packaging, so I didn't bid.

I had one of these as a kid. And looking at your pictures,the one that jumped out at me is the yellow galloping one with the pink sparkly hair. So probably it was her. I thought her really pretty...Hopper, I guess? I never had any others. I suspect I bought her because I couldn't ever find the Merrygoround ponies and she was a good substitute. I always loved carousels as a kid :D They look really impressive altogether like that :D

What a gorgeous collection! I looked these up a few years ago because I stumbled upon one by accident in a thrift/craft shop, someone had used it to make a Christmas decoration by putting it in the middle of a wreath. It's super sweet so I bought it immediately not knowing what it was, I would collect more but I really shouldn't lol.

I came across a few of these years ago at a surplus shop. I eventually sold them because I didn't want to start YET ANOTHER collection, but man are they pretty. <3

How pretty- I've never heard of them before but would have been tempted to get them if I'd ever seen them.

I came across these MOC at a flea market. There wasn't a price on them so I didn't inquire about them. Are they collectible? What are they worth? I thought they were cute looking.

Honestly i am not sure of price for moc. But i think you could class them as collectable. I mean we nearly all collect little plastic ponies these are just a different type 😃

Took a quick look on eBay. Most of them are MoC and the prices for those mean I can definitely afford NOT to start collecting. Pity, I like some of them a lot, especially the reindeer.

They're definitely worth something MOC. I sold some for a good price years ago, like the 2000s, and I imagine they are worth even more now.

I would imagine that the other animals are probably harder to come across and more expensive then the horses. Aside from the Camel and Reindeer, what other animals are there in the set?

two camels, two unicorns, two reindeer and two lions. There was also a swan that was part of a set. I have a horse MOC that is for sale/trade.
