Title: How does Crystal Rainbow Castle open?

I was lucky to find mine in a thrift shop a year after they came out.   I never had the wand,  but I used to know how to open it up.   After storing it for several years ive plum forgot how it opens.

This old thread (http://www.mlparena.com/archive/Forums/viewtopic/p=3232385.html) says you need batteries, then you just press the heart on the front.  :)

Yes, I lost my wand pretty quickly as a kid. Afterwards I just used the heart button on the front. I'm pretty sure it's activated by any magnet anyway, you could try that if you want.

Holding a magnet to the heart or pushing it in and pulling up on the handle dont work.

I guess it has to have batteries?  I culda  sworn there was a trick to this.  I got it down and put batteries in, so opened via button.
