Very thoughtful, communicative seller. Plenty of pictures to show condition of ponies. Sent more close-ups when she saw some previously unnoticed marks on one of the ponies, to make sure I still wanted it. Also checked tracking information from her end when the shipping company website wasn't working properly for me, and kept tabs on the shipment to let me know when it reached my country. Just an all-around excellent transaction and a fabulous Arena member!!
