ok I dont know if any one else has posted this here in KY or if its all toys r us' that are doing this.
but the ones here in KY have all of thier pony stuff buy one get one free.
so if you need to get some g4's or are looking for princess cadence, or celestia or any number of things check it out.. !

Same here in NE.  C:  I got the three flower-girl fillies, and Mom got the one with Spike, Twilight Sparkle, and Celestia (ARGH PINK CELESTIA)

Does anyone know whether this applies to blind bags or not? I'm looking to pick up the last few I need, and this'll only sweeten the deal.

Yes it does, or did in our case.  We bought the last 2.  In fact, the only 2 I ever found there.

Yes, blind bags are included, there were even a dozen or so from wave 3 at my local TRU.
