I tried to buy a baity slugger from Napper. She let me know she got payment and said shed let me know when the package went out. Then she vanished for several weeks. I inquired about the package a few times with no success. Finally they got on and let me know they had never sent the pony. They claimed they would do so the next day. I said to take a few days and just please let me know when it was shipped. They vanished for several more weeks. Numerous attempts to contact failed. After a month passed I asked for a return and let them know I'd be leaving negative. They said they sent the pony a long time ago and weren't sure why it hadn't arrived. I asked for proof and they stopped responding. That same day (that I let them know about the negative) they did ship the pony. The date is clear on the postage slip. I'm not sure why they lied. I'd have been willing to work with them if they had just kept up some sort of communication. This transaction was not up to their previous standards, but I did get my pony as described in the end.
