Title: MLP comic #3 preorder help!

I'm interested in MLP comic #3 variant from Hot Topic and I would pre-order it myself, but the shipping to my country costs over $40! Yes, over forty dollars for a $5 comic book! And they won't accept paypal from non-US buyers. I mean, what's the difference anyway? :shocked: Do you think these will pop up on ebay in more affordable options (I recently got #1 hastings variant from ebay really cheap) or can someone from Arena who lives in the US pre-order it for me for a fee and then ship it cheaper?
