Moonstone was one of the first ponies in my collection. The wisest and oldest, she guards over the now larger herd. She works with Majesty in the Dream Castle to watch over Ponyland - here, you can see her with a scroll on some statistics :) (It reads "Ponyland Report - Lickety-Split's ice cream sales - Megan's next visit - Pretty Parlor visitors")

Introducing Queen Minty of Socks; ruler of all things green! Our herd has never had a designated queen or even leader exactly. who should we choose? After much scrambling and a little bit or arguing among the citizens, The vote came down to two elders, who have been in the herd since the beginning. Sparkleworks and Minty. Sparkleworks probably would have been the more responsible leader and she WAS the founder, but this herd likes to have fun, and Minty can promise that life will be a blast under her rule! Sparkleworks was happy to hand over the crown, as she prefers a more quiet, less public life anyway. Minty may have also bribed a few voters with a promise of cool socks. ;)

So, when I thought you said royals, you meant actual royal ponies, so I went with this Princess Celestia. She is currently ruling over the Seaquestria playset, with other castles delegated to other releases of Celestia. Naturally, as in the FiM show itself, Celestia was made ruler of her particular kingdom because she is taller than the other ponies, and therefore more impressive and presumably the most powerful.

Lilly Drop may be young but she is the self appointed queen of the other baby sea ponies (although her twin sister Sea Poppy would argue that she should be queen) No day is complete without a few tricks played on her "subjects" or a swim in the royal treasure chest. Here Lilly Drop snatches a crown to prove she is the queen.

Ivy has lived in PonyVille her entire life with her two sisters Light Heart and Sky Skimmer. She was never royal to begin with but one day Ice Princess (Winter Snow) vanished without a trace and the PonyVille she once loved began to crumble before her eyes. More residents began disappearing and only Ivy, her sisters, and a few G3's remained. So, she picked up a cape, wrapped it around her and declared herself Queen, until Ice Princess returned and promised to restore the village she loved. Soon after that promise her friends began to reappear, some old and some new, but still no sign of the princess...

Princess Sunnia Dazie arrived at the herd and was quickly fawned over by the other Sunny Dazes, as well as the other ponies. Although Fluttershy is the leader of the Triquine sector, being the first to create peace with the Quadrahippos and working closely with Cotton Candy, leader of the Uniquines, she saw how beloved Sunnia was and decided to appoint her as the supreme ruler of all four sectors. Sunnia is a bit new to this whole ruling business, but luckily she has many of the other leaders and a whole bunch of helpful ponies to get her used to regality. It is her first Spring in this herd, so Quadra Honeybuzz is helping to familiarize her with the local flora and fauna. Sunnia hasn't seen Honeycomb in real life before! Honeybuzz tells her of a new swarm that will need looking after in the next month, so she needs to get used to the feeling of bees buzzing about.

Princess Dream Blue loves everything that sparkles, even her walls shimmer in the sunlight! She loves to accessorise with glittering jewels. Her shiny pink hair cascades down to the floor. She loves nothing more to dress up with her friends and dream about what it would be like to be a magnificent queen.

We see here, the Queen of the flutter ponies behind bars. In the height of spring, she was captured by an unknown force. Ripped of her wings she was forced into darkness. With no power from the sun, she weakened and almost lost hope. But some force, opened the box and let a glimmer of hope shine through. The cold of winter frosted her spirit but not her heart. Her love for her people sprung forth wings...but the wings are delicate and will not survive a long flight, and Rosedust has no idea where she was....she looked through the bars and saw the sun, the sign of spring soon to come. Rosedust knew she had to have pacients if she wanted to free her captures.

By right who should be Queen/King?
That’s right, this is a photo contest of the royal of your herd! The contestant can be any generation, any gender, any type of pony, or custom. If the pony you choose is royal to you, they are a contestant in this contest!
How to win the contest.
You will submit a picture of your pony that represents the theme. It will then be voted on by the arena! Your votes will get you your numbers for the random number generator. At the end of all the rounds, a random number generator will be used to pick a number, and that will be our grand winner! There is multiple ways to gain more numbers for the generator.
You can no longer submit a new pony for this contest. But for any round you may submit a photo of your wing idea, pony out fit, or human outfit.
Rules to Enter Pony
1. The pony you choose to enter, has to be used in all themes of the competition. 2. Each pony entered will receive 1 bonus number. That number will be given by the order the picture was submitted. This will happen for each theme. 3. The photo will be judged by the arena. Those votes will also give you more numbers. EXAMPLE: if you gain 5 votes in theme 1 you will get numbers 1,2,3,4,5. If you get 3 votes in theme 2 you will get numbers 6, 7,8. 4. Numbers are awarded in order. 1st place will get numbers first, then 2nd, 3rd and so on. 5. Bonus number will be given to 1st and 2nd place winners. 6. All numbers will be written down, and at anytime you may request a photo or copy of the numbers you have. 7. The winner will be chosen by a number generator. I plan to find a non participant to choose the number.
Enter by Wing or Outfit Design you can do this as many times as you want 1. You may submit one photo, with description, of your wing or outfit design per theme. 2. This is not about art ability, but fun inspiration. 3. You may enter each category, (pony, wing, outfit) 4. This will give you 1 number for the generator for each submission. If there is multiple entries in a category, (wing or outfit) voting will happen. The number system will be the same as the pony royalty system. 5. Outfit can be human, human and pony, or pony. 6. Wing may be for winger or flutter pony. 7. Your number is given in the order your photo was submitted.

Theme for round 2! Rivals! We know that our Queen has had their struggles. Who has tried to dethrone her? Maybe she has a sister or brother who plays tricks on her.is she in danger?
This theme is about mischief. You can do solo or multiple. We want to see Mischievous fun. It can be dark or happy. I want to see some form of tension. This can be a fun prank, or teasing kindly or even an evil that threatens the herd! Have fun.

So many great pics! It was hard to choose a top 3! :) I really thought I would get my next round pic done this weekend, but it really flew by. I should be able to have it in by the 29th! I have the idea, just need to figure out exactly how I want to execute it. ;)

Welp, I saw your post about getting it done by the 25th, so this was as close to it as I could get! ;) I've been so swamped this week, eek!! I can't wait to see all of the other entries!! :heart:

For my costume/wing entries, I think my costume entry looked better in my head, LOL! I saw a dress made of neon-green zipties formed into a fringe, and I thought, WOW that would be so fun to wear! So I thought, maybe a pony could wear a whole gown made of fringe, but in a couple different shades of green to make it more fun! But it's difficult to illustrate a 3D concept like fringe into an image! My wing entry is based on the classic 'moth with a scary monster face' on the wings, I just changed the colors from plain browns to more bright, alerting colors!

The Sweetheart Sisters decided that Moonstone was not beautiful enough to be queen. Garden Glow and Wild Flower gathered a group of their sisters to enact their plan. Spring Song offered to give Moonstone a free hairstyle at the Perm Shoppe, and Moonstone went, thinking nothing of it. When they arrived, Moonstone was confronted by the sisters. They explained to her that Moonstone must get a complete makeover, or the beautiful sisters would take her place and rule the kingdom, enforcing that anyone not deemed beautiful enough shall be banished, including Moonstone.

Theme idea gets you another number. SO DOES a picture of a wing or outfit design.....you could get 3 extra numbers!!!
If you dont have a pony you can get 3 numbers by a theme idea, wing idea, and outfit idea!!!!

Lily Lightly was a somewhat new welcomee, and she has since trashed her animated personality for one much more fitting for a "pony of proper tinkering". "So what, she has a horn? And so what, she has wings? And glitter? And I have a designer gown and my horn lights up, and all I get is a warm welcome?" She had previously lamented to Triquine Fluttershy. Fluttershy had simply shot down her complaints. "She has the personality of a good leader. She is kind. I don't know why you changed since you arrived, but it's not too late to consider yourself an ally. Perhaps she will give you leadership of one sector?" All this pleading earned was a flashy flouncing and murmurs of treason.

"I've always been the face of Ponyville! I'm everyone's best friend!" Pinkie said when questioned about the event. "The crown is Pink....the castle is pink...I'M pink! The facts are all right there! I was only taking back what should have rightfully been mine!" Although Minty is saddened by this attempted robbery, she has not taken any official action against Pinkie Pie. Instead, she is now searching for some trusted friends to act as guards through the night. She knows Pinkie is likely not the only pony in the kingdom who feels the crown should have been hers.
As a theme idea, maybe we could show our queens making a royal decree? What actions have they taken to better their kingdom?

The long lost Ice Princess' spiteful, sour, synthetic sister, Princess Frostbite eyed her magic candle barbarously, the ice around her heart thickening ever so fast. 'Look at them all so happy, it's almost like nothing has happened, what does that oaf think she's doing with my cape?!' She murmured to herself, the venom from her cruel words slipped between her frosty lips. 'Now that my sickly sweet dear sister, Ice Princess, has unfortunately disappeared that land should now belong to me! Oh! It was such a shame for dear sister to leave without notice' The pony giggled to herself 'She could of told me and I would of certainly took care of her precious little kingdom...' Frostbite whispered coldly, mocking the words 'precious little'. Bright orange flames raged from her eyes as she blew out the magic flickering flame 'Who does this Ivy think she is? PonyVille should belong to me! Does she think she knows how to rule and care for a kingdom? Most certainly not! I'll teach that brat a lesson or two in ruling and PonyVille shall be mine ahahahahhahaaaahahaaaa!' and with that wicked squark, she headed for PonyVille...

In her spare time, Princess Dream Blue loves to create colourful candy creations! Princess Blue Mist, the oldest of the royal sisters, is a total prankster, and if Dream Blue and her sisters don’t watch their back, mischief will ensue. Just yesterday, she offered to hold the string tight to make threading the jewellery easier. In reality, she pulled the sweet snacks down the string and ate her creation, bead by bead! “Ah well, they were to be eaten anyway”, she sighed after realising what Blue Mist had done.
