Title: Stains on G1 repros

Thrift store finds have been few in these parts, but on Monday we managed to find one of the recent G1 reproductions. Firefly's hair combed out just find, except for few strays, and the dirt on her was light, so she should do just fine for a display model; we already have a MIB copy stashed away.
However, because there has to be a however otherwise I wouldn't be posting, she has a stain on her back
which is suspiciously shaped, positioned, and colored like her ribbon's to blame. Before I cleaned up her tail and rearranged the ribbon, it was smashed flat and twisted 90ยบ like it could have been pressed against the body when she was packaged.
Has anyone else seen discolorations where the ribbon might be the cause?
