I bought one of DH gorgeous henna ponies, unfortunately she arrived a little damaged, having only been wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope. I contacted DH who was more than happy to fix her for me, which is what she did I couldn't be happier with her. Comment by: Sea_Breeze
