Title: looking for glow hair

I need some glow in the dark hair that is white and glows white for a custom project. Etsy hasn't yielded results and dolly hair hasnt restocked glow hair in almost 10 years. I also need glow in the dark paint ( not powder).

She has a lot of different colours, most GITD hair I have seen has a greenish hue to it when it glows, no matter what the base colour is.
