I was talking to my Russian friend, she said she's been seeing these ponies in stores. She described them as "probably bootleg trash".
It's hard to tell with just a stock photo but here it is for any Playskool pony enthusiasts:

They're listed for sale here (https://dmtoy.ru/content/igrushka-prygun-chpok-skok-my-little-pony-1toy-t13811) (and other sites if you search "Чпок-Скок") and it says the brand is 1TOY. Googling "1TOY" gives me links to a toystore in Malaysia. A listing on another site says "1toy" is a Russian brand, and "Чпок-Скок" looks like a line that also has these types of spring toys with Marvel characters.

Cheerilee's eyes are a bit small too. Are they legit? They're... interesting nonetheless.

aww they are cute, especially AJ and Moondancer, they would be cuter if they were tiny but i think at 12cm they are probably the same size plus spring.

They definitely do give me a kockoff vibe from the photos. Seems they got their hands on molds for the real Playskool G4s and then made these fakie products using them. They look super low quality.

They're really cute, the spring would be fun on the dash of a car like a bobblehead! I do think they're knock-offs because Hasbro hasn't marketed the Playskool ponies as being part of the "Movie" line in the past.
BTW, in case anyone hasn't been following the Playskool sets closely , they also made a Lemon Drop!
