Title: Wonder Woman Dolls
Post by: NoDivision on June 18, 2017, 04:05:03 PM
With the new movie out there are a few dew dolls out. I like several of them but decided to spend the money to get the black label barbie. She's gorgeous!

I have a few other dolls among my Wonder Woman collection - who else has some?

She really is beautiful. Gotta add her to my birthday wishlist now!

I love that WW!  And the Island Giftset WW too- SO gorgeous-  (I haven't bought it though because it is pricey and comes with Ken who I don't want...)

I will admit I did order that dang Hot Toys Wonder Woman doll- she's wicked expensive but so ridiculously amazing- I can hardly believe she is an articulated doll- she looks so realistic...

I really like the hot toys one, too. But I'm weirdly picky about which project my money goes to when it comes to Wondy. I could have bought the batman/superman version of the WW barbie for $20 less (same doll, slightly different accessories) but I specifically wanted my money to go towards merchandise from the Wonder Woman movie rather than the batman/superman movie. I've been waiting a long time to show the studios that Wonder Woman as a movie is successful and profitable haha.

You know I didn't even notice that the doll was from the Batman/Superman movie, haha

Even so, I think that high sales of this doll will prove that female characters like WW sell just fine.  (There is this idea that female super heros don't sell as well).
