I bought a Steamer back in April from roseare and he was shipped promptly and carefully packaged. He is gorgeous! He looks even better in person. I was not able to open him when he got here, but roseare was patient with me during that interval and I am happy to say that circumstances for me have changed and Steamer makes a fantastic addition to my herd. This was a very smooth transaction with great communication! I will most likely be buying again from roseare in the future
