Title: POTD 9/19/2021 Barnacle - Yar!
Post by: mlp4me on September 17, 2021, 12:15:58 PM: Happy Sunday! Yar har de har har. My favorite day of the year for two reasons. One, tis me birthday. Two, tis talk like a pirate day! Yar matey's!

Yar! Tis me army pony, so many a him I have made as customs, but me favorite is pictured.

For the entire month of September I'll be featuring blue bodied ponies. I'll continue to dedicate the first few days to birthday ponies in celebration of those born within that month. The last day of the month will be dedicated to a specific play set.

He came from a carboot sale way back in something like 1996.

I remember it because we'd been at the beach the week before, in Wales, and we'd rescued a starfish. And Naynie had named the starfish barnacle. And the weekend following that we found Barnacle at the carboot sale. So my sister - who was maybe eight at the time - decided it was a thank you from the starfish xD.

So I do love Barnacle, & Tug, a lot. The one thing I wish for is a boat of the right size to fit adult G1s...

Oh & have a swashbuckling birthday with many treasures xxx
