Techno phobic newbie here. Can anyone tell me how to attach a photo please?

Hi Angela!
You need to host your picture on an online server. Many people use Imgur or even Facebook can do so.
When that photo is hosted, you copy the image address over.
For example:

[img*]https://i.imgur.com/FGdKQj8.jpg[*/img]

Without the stars gives me this:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

It's been a sad day since photo bucket left. I can't get photos to work. I don't have anything but apps so Facebook won't work for me.

Other apps/sites you can use for photo hosting (I do try to stay away from Facebook as I feel like the pictures go away after a bit. I hate link rot):
