Spooky will be fine! The usual rules for mature content apply, and all entries should be family friendly. If unsure you can always PM the contest account! :)

Oh on the rules it it alright to use a special effect brush if we edit the brush to be a custom one instead of program made?
Edit: nvm i dont know why i though the rules said no textures or fancy brushes
