I sold two books with near identical titles on the same day.

Buyer one paid immediately. I sent the book out the next day, and realised that I had sent the wrong book (I'm a complete dumbass). I contacted buyer one immediately, apologised, offered to have it collected from her and I sent the correct book.
Buyer one was understanding, said no problem.

Buyer two wasn't in contact for a week. I sent a reminder email and got an apology and payment.

Buyer one has dropped all communication and has given me no details about where/when I can organise collection.

I've apologised and refunded buyer two but I'm really annoyed at myself for the mistake but also at buyer one who has decided to keep both books.

Is there anything else I can do?
