Snuzzle/Minty/Butterscotch/Lemon Drop-New pose

Medley-Alternate pose.  Preferably Paradise pose

I'd make all of those awful necked G2s normal ponies

Ditto for the changeable tail G2s

I'd make G5 ponies be on the Retro Mane Six molds

I'd turn some SHS into other species. That could look very elegant

Give flutter ponies durable wings like the wingers have got

I wish Surprise came in an alternate pose. She was one of my favorites, but in my least favorite pose. It doesn't fit her personality! It works for Heart Throb, but Surprise needs to be more dynamic.
