Someone found them in Washington state (I believe) in a craft store called Ben Franklin. Doesn't seem to carry them online, though.

Found the whole set in Cracker Barrel in North Carolina!

Finally got myself the whole set of Twinkle Eyes. These are by far my favorites from Basic Fun. They're so beautiful!

I gave up and ordered my Fizzy from Walmart. I figured that paying the extra $3 was worth it in gas saved from hunting her down!
