First Look at G5 Toys

I'm starting to think the singles of the larger Pipp and Zipp are only at select stores... If I had time I'd check the other Walmart in the area but I may just have to settle to haven them shipped x.x

I'm starting to think the same thing.  I've been checking every store for pony toys and have only found the large Zipp and Princess Petals in one store  vs seeing Sunny and Izzy almost everywhere.


Zipp flew in to my shopping basket today and decided to come home with me. She's my first G5 pony.

I just imagined you walking around the grocery section, when all of a sudden a pony just crashed into your cart, upsetting your clothes and produce.

"Clean up on aisle 4 due to flying ponies"

That onsie is cute! I'm really glad they're including Hitch in merchandise with phrases like "Besties" on it. I know it's just random words slapped on by marketing, but I support showing kids that it's okay to have both boys and girls in their "friend squad."

I also like that Hitch is included. Although I don't like the word 'besties' in any context, I do think it's important to have guys and girls presented together as friends. I've never understood why people think it's cute to ask kids of six or seven if the girl/guy they like hanging out with is their girl/boyfriend. They've lots of years ahead in which to make those decisions, right? It's important to learn how to be friends with the opposite sex as well.

I just got the tiny Sunny with her crystal and rollerstakes today from Walmart in the mail. I was hoping the skates had actual working wheels  but no luck. I really like the transparent molded hair more than I thought I would . It also comes with a nifty little poster and stickers which is always nice.

To me it looks like she might be under the influence of something, ha ha.

Does anyone know if the Crystal Adventure Hitch set actually got made/released?  I remember seeing prototype pics, but I haven't seen any reports of him actually being found in stores.

There are listings for him but nothing is actually in stock. If you Google his name, you should find a Walmart listing.

I haven't seen him anywhere. Just Sunny and Moonbow.

So far I've yet to see any listings for him in Canada.

I wonder why he isn't on the brochure that comes with the Crystal Adventure ponies? Only the 4 girls are shown on it and it says "4 to collect".

Your not wrong,  but you know how shoddy Hasbro's distribution is under normal circumstances.

In box stock pics do exist on mlpmerch. I'm not sure where they were found but it's possible he's from a later wave or a store exclusive.
