Can anyone identify this pony wear?

In my recent haul, some of the ponies where wearing accessories. I could find some of these but for some reason I couldn't find these on the wiki! I'm not even sure what gen they might be...

The scarf belongs to 2008 Winter Rainbow Dash, and the cape/shawl belongs to 2008 Winter Pinkie Pie.

Thank you!! She's pretty hard because her plasticizer leaked out, but I'm honestly glad its over and done with so she won't be sticky! :snicker:
