G5 Media News, movie is now out on Netflix!

Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals got their full names. We also have a Princess Petals trademark that may be related as it mentions the same word overload as the other media trademarks and also has a toy trademark. There's no mention of the rumored Big Mac lookin' guy.
Edit: There is another supposed rough draft viewing of the movie but it refers to Pipp as "Pipp Altitude" and Izzy is "Izzy Moonbeam". I'm inclined to believe any new "rough draft threads" less and less.

interesting! i'm very curious about pipp- she's clearly not a regular pegasus, and the original post that leaked the names also mentioned that she was smaller. maybe she's the daughter of princess petals? i'm not trusting the rough draft posts either anymore lol.

kiiiinda disappointed about it looking like just a mane 5 with one boy. i'm predicting the toy line will be equal proportions of sunny/izzy/pipp, then a little less zipp, and then the occasional hitch toy.

Hopefully it won't come to that. Although I agree we'll likely be seeing a lot of Sunny and Izzy, since it's starting with a movie. As long as we get a butt ton of new ponies, whether they're toy only, or in the show that's fine.

I don't see how it was a mistake when it was a financial success. I understand it's not what a lot of people like here, but the writing on the wall existed since the end of G3... I have a hard time seeing MLP going back to how it was.

But we'll see.

3. There is a typo on the second director, Jose.
4. I'm pretty sure they never refer to it as the toy line "created by Bonnie Zacherle" internally. It would be Hasbro, if anything.
The synopsis is pulled from the ET article a few weeks back.
The title just makes me think about the ponies drinking wine.

Not to mention they spell Dana Terrace "Terrance". You'd think an "official document" would spell names right!

I've also found discussions of another laughable "leak", on a known veeery sketchy site, featuring a pony activist named Maya Hartsworth (the name styling of the new ponies may be human-esque, but at least they're still cutesy and whimsical!), and she wants to steal the Elements of Harmony to drain the magic from Equestria. There was a war between Twilight and the other princesses that led to the events of the movie? And it ends with Sunny literally shooting Maya?  Apparently the phrase "get the hell out of my face" is also spoken. This is obviously fake, as it has some elements that would never be in a My Little Pony movie, let alone any kids movie. But it made me laugh at how bad fanfic-y it was, and that whoever posted it assumed people would believe it!
They also misname two of the ponies as Izzy Moonbeam and Pipp Altitude 

A LOT of false information will be posted on various MLP-related sites, this tends to happen whenever something hyped-up within the fandom is about to be released. I remember there being lots of leaks about alleged episode titles in the hiatus between s4 and s5 that were just as obviously false. I would encourage everybody to take any information not directly released by Hasbro/Netflix with a grain of salt.

I hope that thing is fake.  And I really hope that cast list is fake.  Other than Daniel Kaluuya and Susan Egan, I can't stand anyone in that list.  But it does look fake, especially with that title and that "based on a toy line by Bonnie Zacherle".  Probably a thing made by some random fan.

I love the Sunny gun rumor! She's a horse!! How she gonna shoot. Her mouth? How she pick it up?? She got hooves...
I think after the names were revealed, people are more trusting of any information they see there...I posted about this one because I've seen a few people taking it as fact on Instagram where the Maya one seemed to fizzle out once we talked about the gun and stuff.
