Hello all!

I'm Bea and I'm from the UK, I used to have an account here when I was much younger, and after being asked yesterday if I am active here I thought it was time to rejoin! I'm 27, 28 tomorrow  , and I had my first pony when I was 3! I am also mylittlestable on Instagram!

Some of you may have seen the article in which I was interviewed about my collection recently. It's currently everywhere, which is really odd considering it was intended as a local article    it did attract a lot of negative attention, but it has attracted so much positivity. The community has been hugely supportive, and it has lead me back here!

I can't wait to meet you all, familiar and new! I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

I saw the article, just by chance really...it popped up on my screen when I went to do a Google search on something else, and I usually don't click on that stuff, but it's so interesting to see anything about ponies in the news! I'm sorry you got some negativity about it. The internet is a big free-for-all for people to say whatever hurtful things they feel like when they get to hide behind a screen name; they never stop to think that there is a real person behind the story with a real life and real feelings. Sadly I was expecting a few negative comments but a few things I said were sadly simplified/changed, and most of the negativity was aimed towards those. But I didn't want to let the fear of what people might say about ponies to stop me!

I'm very excited to be back, its been so long and I can't wait to explore again!

Sorry to hear about the negativity, especially if it was because of inaccuracies in reporting. It's sad how common that is with news articles unless they allow you to check them before publishing... Anyway, haters gonna hate, glad to hear you've got a lot of positive responses too! I hope you enjoy your old pony home

Sadly its been about 15 years and I can't remember my old username at all, and the email is long gone 

It is a shame but it really is very common, I had a little read through first but there were further changes. Typical! But putting it all into perspective, it's introduced me to even more lovely pony people, and has finally given me that kick to rejoin!

Ooh I need to find that, I bet its amazing! It makes you feel very vulnerable, especially when people who don't understand leave negative and hurtful comments. But the pony community is strong and supportive, so it feels lovely to be back here
