Price check - MO Star Hopper

Does anybody know for how much MO Star Hopper goes these days? Unfortunately I don't have one for sale, I'm looking for one.

Thanks! Whew, that's a lot, but still cheaper than the TAF babies then. I only started searching for her recently, so I still don't know how rare she is compared to other mail order ponies.

yeah I have no idea why she suddenly got so pricey I was thinking she was a $40-50ish tops pony .  Admittedly there does seem to be both a light and dark (discolored??) version so not sure if the lighter green is closer to factory/more rare??


I am in the same boat as you, looking for one but not going to spend $100

I think the dark bodied one is more rare and sometimes mismatched (dark body/bright green head or vice versa), but I don't think it is as popular. IMO it is prettier than the store version one (which is great in itself...but looks a little like an alligator coming out of the water rather than just a starlight night with a UFO), but not as pretty as the bright green/ more common one.

I was never interested in her as I only saw the dark-bodied store version with yellow hair until fairly recently. Then I discovered the bright green MO version with white hair and I decided that I want her after all.  So the darker store version is actually more rare than the MO one, or are there two MO versions, one with a darker body and the one depicted on MLW with a bright green body?

Ha ha, you're right, the darker version is indeed somewhat alligator-coloured.

the dark version is more rare for MO and the only color for store version. I think it is the same color as Starglow but I could be wrong.

Oh, so there are two MO versions. Hm, I've seen two MO Star Hoppers so far, but their colour is so hard to tell through the baggie.
