Must be rehaired, probably with donor hair? Looks like the eye was touched up, too. (Or is it only rubbed?) The colours look pretty nice on her, though!

Reminds me of Molasses! That's a good look for her, or at least it would be if it wasn't so frizzy!

That's really interesting.  The hair is in pretty rough condition, especially the tail, so I'm guessing it was rehaired a long time ago (or more recently but then played with extensively).  Hard to say without handling her, though.  Looking inside the head would probably solve the mystery.

I would also say rehair but she looks interesting.
The eye looks odd as well but it may be the hair making it look that way.
