Where did the G3 background ponies' names come from?

G3 didn't have as many non-earth ponies, so on Butterfly Island, in Unicornia, and in Breezie Blossom, they used new inventions (I believe the only cartoon Breezies with toys were the main three!) to fill out the crowds. The former two locations' residents are listed on My Little Wiki, and each one has a name.
These names are all a little... off. Like name-generator off. None of them were used in the cartoon as far as I know, but they may have been in the credits...

Who was responsible for naming these? Are the names official or fanmade? Just curious, as always...
