Technically she's a Nurse, rather than a Seven Character (I think the latter may be more common, so easier to track down xD)
I do have this nurse. I don't have her hat. I am trying to remember but think she was an online trade or purchase. I don't think I carbooted her. I know I carbooted Tenderheart but I can't remember on Sweetheart.

I have 7 Tales Sweetheart, but not the nurse. They look very similar, so I'm still undecided whether I should seek her out as well. Her holes in the head bother me, so I guess I would only get her if she came with her hat.

I think the 7 Character (Tales) version is nicer overall, to be honest. I am not sure if the hair is a different shade or just seems nicer in the rooting? Not sure. I think the nurse is also more prone to discolour although I had the 7C version from new so that may be my misconception.

Though I like the Nurse, the symbol is a bit...generic somehow. And I don't really see her as Sweetheart, even though she has that name. It's a bit of a weird release really.

BUT I think for POTW right now, this version is probably the right choice xD.

Hmm, difficult to tell if their hair is a different shade or not. Actually I've just remembered that I had Nurse Sweetheart for a while, I bought her for a friend, so she spent some time here until I sent her to the US. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of them together, but when looking at the photos the hair colour could indeed be exactly the same.

I will go grab mine. No natural light at this time of day for a photo sadly, but I can at least put the fibres together.

ETA I think Nurse is marginally paler but it could be fading because she is second hand and I don't know her history before I got her, unlike my 7C Sweetheart. Nurse is also a bit more cream coloured but again that could simply be discolouring. Your photo example looks whiter.
