Help cleaning dirt out of hooves

Greetings! I figured this would be the best place to put this, as people here are taking apart ponies all the time.
I recently acquired a lot of someone’s childhood ponies. Some of them were in really a state, so I’ve tried to restore them. It’s going great! Except for baby glory.
Baby glory was grey from all the dirt inside of her body. I have managed to clean most of it out, but am having difficulty cleaning out her (super tiny!!!) hooves. Does anybody have any tips or tricks for cleaning out the tiny parts?

Fill her up with warm water and soap. Let her set for a while, scrub with an eyelash brush.

I don't have any eyelash brushes but I've used a bottlebrush to reach in similarly tiny and tight areas. You can pour boiling water in there too.

Great suggestions so far. I've heard some use pipe cleaners, especially on baby ponies since they are tricky with their tiny hooves.

Well, I can use one of those! Don’t think it would get me very far though! 

Thanks for the suggestions everybody! I used q-tips and hot water. I think I got most of the gunk out. She is no longer grey! But has a tiny grey spot in her hooves because of staining I suppose.

pipe cleaners never worked as well as I wanted them to, but I've had luck with qtips, sometimes holding the end with needlenose pliers to reach

I second this!!

I also do the same when I pre-soak tea-stained spoons before washing them!! UK folks, supermarkets like Tesco sell really cheap tubes of these tablets, although they do have a minty odour.
