I had a good breakfast today, even if I dropped a hash brown patty on the floor (at least I made two), I could probably rely on this breakfast for a few more days. Potatoes are a good vehicle for eggs. If I make it with butter instead of oil I should get more calories in, I think? I'll have to check.
Gonna work on cleaning my room a bit today before school haappens all week. I'd like to be able to clear a space for a new shelf that will help me keep the floor clean and satisfy my urge to display.

I'm having bouts of dizziness since last night. I haven't gotten anything done today. I still might walk to the mailbox unless it starts raining again.

I got 3 out of 5 tasks done today. So that a plus. Good job getting those calories in:) if you feel dizzy always rest. It is your body telling you to slow down. Pushing to garden is just as bad as doing nothing at all.(I mean as an extreme like not moving to use the bathroom if you are able to)

Well hope for a more productive tuesday...:)

I hope it's not too late to sign up. I'm a health coach so I never sign up because I know what to do but my issue is I'm not motivated/at the action stage of change

What are your goals?
To lose 10-14 lbs by Nov 1St
To reach 145 by Oct 1st
To buy myself a pair of jeans when I reach 145 lbs

What is you plan to reach the goals?
To track 7 days per week
To stick to 1300-1400 calories per day (rather low but I have a really slow metabolism and won't be able to exercise much) everyday
To continue walking 45 minutes per day 6 days per week
To eat 3-5 servings of vegetables  and 1 fruit per day 6 days a week
To meal prep and portion on Sunday evening for 1 hour each week
To eat 3 full meals per day
To get 90% of my food intake from food without added sugars

What will be accomplished by Nov 1st?
10-14 lb weight loss, and establishment of eating veggies again (I fell off with my current job that really ruins my eating schedule, there's usually no time to eat lunch or dinner so just stress eat high sugar snacks)

I will begin tomorrow and do weekly check ins on Tuesdays to stay accountable to my goals, reassess my weekly goals and adjust if needed.

It is never too late to join or to get healthy! That is why I award a random draw prize. It takes a bit of courage to sign up and to keep yourself going. I know it gets to me too:)

1. Clean basement
2. Finish student log
3. Student videos
4. Update Facebook with new wings made(arena update comes on the weekend)
5. Organize room and unload a box.

I notice my progress is little, but the little things are already starting to add up. I forgot how much I like my lists and crossing off what I have accomplished.

I managed to hit the first weight mark I set so now I'm off to hit the next one.  :)

I haven't been able to even start painting this month which is totally frustrating so my short term goal is to finish all the chores tonight (laundry, picking the garden, vacuuming, fix the shower handle, clean the bathroom, take out the trash, ride the exercise bike--I already cooked meals so I just have to heat them up for dinner) so that tomorrow I can run on the treadmill and paint the rest of the night.

I know!  I'll ask you guys for help!
I have 3 Paint Your Own pony kits from Walgreens that came out a few years ago.  Each kit has one Rainbow Dash and one Pinkie Pie to paint.  However, I don't want to paint them like RD and Pinkie.  What ponies should I paint them as?  Any gen is open for suggestion, though I have a soft spot for G1 designs.  What do you guys think?

I think Ringlet (rainbow curl) would be pretty ~ I wanted to do a G4 custom of her, but never got the time.

I set some short term goals for today.

1. Clean the litter box and bathroom floor
2. Find the rest of my china and wash it in the dishwasher.
3. Put things away in the kitchen. I'm waiting for a free standing shelf to get here so I can turn one of the closets into a pantry. Right now my food and dishes are mixed and it's frustrating.
4. Move some boxes into the bedroom.
5. Start putting craft stuff away.

1 and 2 have been done. I was going to add walk to the mailbox but it's raining. I don't have an umbrella.

I know!  I'll ask you guys for help!

One of the color swirls would be neat and challenging. My favorite is Lovebeam.

I hot 4 out of 5 of my list done!!! I am reading alot of positive progress from everyone!!! Way to go. These small steps will help so much!

My list is going to be super short. But it's ok, I have been doing well. I had health issues in the middle of the night, so i am exhausted.

1. Prep for students Thursday
2. Ship out a sale
3. Work on business Facebook page
4. Knit.

Most of them I can sit and relax so it is an easy list. Now just have to make it through work.

I think I'm in. I feel like this would eventually happen, but if I say it's gonna happen here, it's gonna happen now and not later.

Goals-

x jump back into clean eating / dirty keto immediately
x do not look at the scale for at least a week
x within 2 weeks, use the app to balance out my protein/carb/calories

My goal is to lose 1lb a week.. slow and steady, right? But I don't wanna feel obsessive over it, that's why I'm not weighing myself. I have an idea based on how my pants fit.

I probably won't post too much, but I'll try to do some check ins. :) I just really wanted to make a statement, so I could be held accountable, lol.

Checking in for an update. Things have gone well! Most days I've been making my goals with meal/bedtime timings. As long as I can slip my exercising in today, I'll have made my goal for the week there, too. I've even started a couple of my custom ponies I was hoping to make. Got Frosting's eyes done and another pony dyed, although I ruined her hair in the process, so I might have to start her over. But at least it was a start, and I learned from my mistakes!

Last Tuesday I finally took a long-anticipated trip to the craft store to buy supplies for my son's castle project and obviously, the pony custom stuff. So I can cross that off my list! And I arranged for my mom to come one day next week to watch my girls so I can get working on that hobby room.

I haven't made a single Ebay purchase since I set my goals, which is good, but I did slip up by buying 2 Basic Fun ponies when I popped into Target on Tuesday...I guess I was just so excited to see ponies on a store shelf that I couldn't leave them behind...oops

Colds are the worst. The year my girls were born I had no less than 5 bad colds, including a respiratory infection that was worse than anything I've ever had for the entire month leading up to their birth! Fortunately for me, I was admitted as an inpatient at the hospital due to pregnancy complications for that time, so at least I had access to all the care and medication I needed on an hourly basis, as miserable as it was. If the Coronavirus had been around back then, I would have suspected I had it, haha.

I hope you feel better soon, and also that you can reduce your work hours...that is a lot!

I had a great day! I unpacked 14! boxes today :D Some were small but a box is a box  I got everything for my desk unpacked and 99% of my craft stuff (some things are missing so there's another box lurking in the pile).

I also took a shower and made breakfast and lunch. A busy day for me. Dinner is yet to be seen, it's still early. It will probably be something light. Wish I had cereal.

I haven't been to the mailbox. I really need to work on that. I also have a survey to drop off at the office. But I'll worry about that Monday.
