R.I.P Chadwick Boseman
« on: August 29, 2020, 12:49:07 AM »
Yesterday the world, Hollywood, and Disney has lost a icon, Chadwick Boseman “Black Panther” has died from colon cancer at the age of 43.

I enjoyed watching him in the Black Panther movie and the other Marvel movies he appeared in.

He kept his diagnosis secret from his fans.

I wonder if they’ll scrap the Black Panther II movie now.

I was very shocked and sorry to read such terrible news today.
I thought he was really good in '42' as Jackie Robinson, and of course as Black Panther.

As far as then scrapping Black Panther 2, I would hate to see them do it, but it would be such a hard role to fill I think, without fan backlash against the new actor. Fanatics don't seen to have a warm reception to changes like that

I was so sad to  hear of his passing. He was an amazing actor and person and I can't believe he did those movies while he had colon cancer. I don't think anyone else will be able to play Black Panther as well as he did.

I was so saddened to hear this. I can’t believe he did all the movies he did While fighting his cancer. He was a favorite actor and I loved how dignified and regally he portrayed many important characters, both fiction and real people.

I hate that he won’t be able to be T’Challa in the second film. Rather than replacing him, I would rather see a successor take up the mantle, not unlike Sam taking up Cap’s shield. Maybe his sister or general. No doubt, if they move forward with BP2, it will be in his memory for sure.
