This thread gives me ideas of how to take care of my ponies :D I love treating my stuffed animals/toys like they're real. I guess it helps with my baby fever a bit,  to baby something :P

I tell them they are "so pretty" or "doesn't that feel better" after I have finished cleaning them up.

I do things like this too. I'll also tell them "sorry" if I drop them or put them back on the shelf in a weird position before I fix it. When I get a new pony I tell them I'm making a place for them to live and introduce them to the rest "hey gang, this is Dutch Diary" or something like that.

I don't think it's embarrassing or unusual. I talk to a lot of my possessions, and give names to my electronics or stuff I interact with a lot.

I have multiple dismembered pony heads and bodies sunfading in my front picture window; that might look a little strange, and qualify as embarrassing. But it's the only window I have that gets any direct sunlight, and it's limited at that, since I live in the woods. Perhaps once school starts and I'm driving my son to and fro every day I'll stick them in my windshield...that's probably even more embarrassing, though, haha.

Lol, I totally did that when I introduced Munchy to the gang, as she was purchased from Austraila and I told Tex "to settle down and that just because she has an accent (I hear Tex as a Texan, naturally) and is yellow like you doesn't mean your getting married or anything"

G4 Baby Lilly Drop has become my go to travel pony. I took a picture of her in front of an aquarium at a restaurant and made a funny caption. Sometimes I wonder what others might think if they see me taking a picture of her but I will still take the picture.

I found myself (inwardly) talking to my giant Fluttershy TY plush as I passed her in my way to the kitchen, this morning. Just a simply “good morning, Fluttershy”, on my way to make coffee.

You guys are a lot nicer to your ponies than I am, the closest I get to talking to them is telling one to "Stay on the EFFING SHELF!" if it continually falls off.  :P

It is not really embarrassing to me because I don't care, but my social anxiety tries to tell me otherwise, lol. I've said it on another thread, if that sounds familiar to you.

When I'm in a flea market or thrift store and finally find the haul of my dreams, I jump in place, circle in place, gently clap my hands and make quiet squeals of joy. I'm the happiest person around and I think it's at worse funny or cringe to look at and at best it's wholesome. ^^

When I observe my collection, sometimes I boop my ponie's snout. :3

I remember when I had to fix Fizzy's mane I said to her "Come on Fizzy, let's get you cleaned". Also whenever I have to move my ponies around a little to access something that is behind them, I imagine Heart Throb saying "Darling, watch the mane!".
