Oof, I wish they’d just stuck with the G4 pop style, it was much cuter. The long horsey faces look really weird on those chibi bodies. That being said, I’m so incredibly happy they made the full set of 6 I will absolutely be getting these guys. They’re not ugly, just... weirdly proportioned.

It would indeed, but it would’ve been interesting if they did a g1 in g4 pop style!!

Nah. They're still G1 characters. Plus, it's not like the G4 style resembled normal G4 ponies.

I uh, don't know how I feel about them.

I really, REALLY wish they had the eyes their actual eye colors and not Funko black. They look like the Other Mother from Coraline.

Funko does color in the eyes sometimes, so this is a missed opportunity to me. The rest of the design is nice.

That sounds pretty cool, I hope you'll post a photo if you do get one and try that.  I'm sure I would paint mine, too, but I'm not sure what style I'd use.
