I'm sorry you can't participate in your own event :(

Is it okay if I continue to post?

LBS - Happy Birthday! I can totally relate to being tired and sitting at my desk all day or lying in bed on my tablet. It's probably what I'd be doing if I didn't have other things going on.

Speaking of, today was a 0. I needed another rest day, my back aches so much and my legs are sore too. I spent a lot of time with my mom today, reminiscing.

I got up at around 11 so after tea I had hummus and crackers. Dinner was eggplant patties and cucumber slices. Sounds okay but later I had a bowl of ice cream.

Being a supported is very important. I will probably continue healthy pony in September. I do miss it. I have my mind set that I do it for me and let others join with there own thing. A great pony pal her gave me that wonderful insite and honesty! The Truth can hurt but man does it get you in perspective!!!:)

Depression fighting still but I stopped  fast food binge eat so that is a huge plus. I played piano for 30min so even better but I ignored all my chores. I am happy what I did but I feel sad for reasons I keep private. Talking just hasnt helped

I just have to deal with it and silently cry. Sorry it's my depression and I know I will be good on Friday. I wont have work yelling at me daily.

I may look and feel very sad, but I still function and try to progress, so thank you for you kindness. I am ok just might be quiet and read more than post.

I'm sorry you're feeling so sad. Give yourself a break from the chores if you can and do some things that make you happy, playing the piano maybe. These are strange times...it's hard not getting down about things sometimes.

Yesterday was a 1. The only reason it wasn't a zero was because despite not meeting my goals with time/naps/day shifting, I didn't get any down time or relaxation out of it. So I guess the 1 is for the minimal productiveness that resulted...basically 2 loads of laundry and got a mini-exercise session in. I hate how cooking takes up so much of my day. The cleaning up after takes even longer. I really need to learn how to simplify things. I need a house-elf to come in around 10 or 11 at night to do the mass exodus that is my kitchen clean up after dinner...

Yeah for those who kept going!!!! Sorry I took a bow for a bit. I was losing myself and getting a pit poor me poor me and I hate when I get that way. We all have struggled and I just needed a moment to collect.

1. Black curtains when you need a rest that is not a 0:) that is a 1. You need rest and that is a good thing:) thanks for keeping posted.

Ladyamalthea way to go on keeping going.

Habits are so hard to break! They are also hard to make.

Since we end Aug 31 I am challenging myself. I am going to make a plan. My goal is to stick to it and if I can do it in 30 days I can start looking at pageant prep.

Yes there is a Mrs America pageant for this old fart! Haha. I want to knit my wardrobe....yup that will be hard and lots of what its and size change....but I can plan!

1. Just have to write down what I want to do after work, during my break.

I hope this motivates me to be productive and get a routine down.

Day 1 in ok direction. I worked on wings and did kitty litter...so active after work is a plus. Eating a hand full of chips...not so good.

But one day at a time. Goal is to eat dinner and knit. I finally got all my yarn moved so have projects to finish.

Got back from the family reunion this afternoon.  Took a LONG shower and then did laundry and had to go to the store since there was no edible food in the house.  Then I cleaned out the fridge because whatever got left in there when we all went away went bad and it smelled.  Now I'm tired and need to sleep but can't seem to get my brain to shut up.

Decided that I need to find a new job sooner rather than later due to needing enough money to move out.  I found out my sister is having issues with her husband and may need to move in with my parents so if I can move out, that will give her and her kids more room here.  I mean, we can make it work but it would just be easier on everyone if I can make that happen, I think.  Her issues are a WYP level post but let's just say the songs "The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia" and "Goodbye, Earl" were running through my head after hearing what's been going on.

I didn't use my calorie counting app all week so tomorrow I'll start using it again.  I don't think I gained too much while camping so it shouldn't take too much to get back on track.  I had decided that since it was supposed to be a vacation I was going to treat it as one and not get all stuck on how much I could eat, especially since most of the recipes my mom uses aren't in the app and it would take too much of my free time to figure it all out.  And I didn't see a point in weighing myself this afternoon because I usually do that first thing in the morning so I didn't think the numbers would quite match up.

I forgot to take pictures of the piggy banks I painted.  They were all camouflage design, each with a different color combination.  The kids seemed to like them so that's one box of stuff out of my closet.  Time to pick the next project and get to work on it.

Welcome I am so glad your vacation was so much fun:) I agree vacation or breaks have to have a little give. I also believe giving up something  completely is bad unless health is major factor. Example sugar overload and being diabetic. When I am told I cant have it....I binge it. It's just easier to get the taste if it and walk away.

My goal today is to play piano and sweep/vacume my house. I only have an hour to do those things before hubby comes home. Not motivated after dinner...except to knit. I hope to be that productive and knit too.

Keep up the fun. I will start a new healthy pony in September and October only 2 months. Tends to work better for everyone and the holidays get super crazy:)

After a few days of bad anxiety and rest I'm happy to say today was a 5!

I worked hard today! There's just a little bit of stuff left in my closet but the bulk is ready to go. Then it's onto my custom ponies and Hot Wheels. The cars should be easy, but the ponies are going to take some time. Then it's a few things to take to the apartment I don't want the movers handling and I can call for an in-home estimate!

I've gone past my move-in goal twice now, but I really think if I can keep going like this I'll be moved in next week! :cheer:

Eating has been all over the place. My stomach has been bothering me the last couple days so I've mostly been having toast or soup. Still no late night snacking!

Yesterday was another 5! I finally got the closet done and packed all my cars away. My walls are bare except for my custom ponies. Looks weird

Today was a big fat 0. I could call it a rest day but really I just didn't feel like doing anything. There's not much left to go.

We alm have those 0 days and they are still good for us to have:) I made little progress towards my goals this week. I was productive until Fri and not much after.

Got to find a way to get the habit of practicing again...I just need to do it after I get off work.....hmmmmmm how to get motivated...

I got my date book. I am going to start recording what I do or need to do each day. That worked well awhile back and I have been slacking.

Piano is my goal.
If I practice 1 day I get a star...only a star sticker:)
If I practice 2 days I get the star and I can play/creative with my ponies.
If I practice 3 days I can buy special yarn.
If I practice 4 days I can go crazy creating more wings.
If i practice 5-7 days i can buy a pony!!!

So if you got a pony to sale or trade tell me!!! Get me motivated.

I have lost 5 pounds so far...so I know i am on a good track of being more active.

Well I worked out yesterday but I pulled off branches of a tree that fell on my neighbor's roof. Huge storm and we have a tree on powerlines just 3 houses from ours. Who knows when k will get power. On a good note I found a supportive music store that will help me advertise music lessons. Lessons always motivate me. If I can't do it I cant teach it. If I dont practice I can not tell them to practice:)
