The symbols look gorgeous! You mentioned using enamel paint... is it just the glitter that's coming off, or is the paint still wet? I would've advised against using enamel paint since it's generally suitable for hard plastics but not vinyl - but I've been wrong before. (And I'm not familiar with the HQG1Cs, are they harder than genuine MLPs?) Anyway, sealing the glitter sounds like a good idea as long as the paint underneath is fully dry. I'd go with gloss polymer varnish, something like Liquitex, Folk Art, or Americana Triple Thick. Mod Podge *may* be fine since you're only sealing the symbols and not the whole pony, but it's not waterproof and it's known to go sticky over time. And if it's the matte variety, it will dull the shine of the glitter, that's why you'll need glossy sealant, whether Mod Podge or something else. Good luck!
