Same here. She has never been on my wish list, but I've been toying with the idea of adding her to my collection someday.

Come to think of it, Cascade has to be the first non-US original pony character, right? Or at least the first one who isn't a variation of an already existing character.

I'm guessing she was created because Hasbro UK decided the base for the Waterfall should be ground instead of clouds, and therefore an earth pony was more suitable. But then that begs the question why they made that change in the first place. Maybe because initially there weren't a lot of pegasus ponies released in the UK and they wanted the playset to feel more compatible with all ponies that were available at the time.

This is one of the very few ponies I just cannot decide on. She's very lovely, I love her pose, I love her symbols, and even her colours are very nice and unusual. However, she never sparks any "mUsT hAvE!!1!"-feelings when I see a picture of her.

Weren't Seaspray and Surfdancer released before her though? Those are the first two that came to mind.

nope, dont have her. shes not very high on my want list....but that mane/tail color is divine! maybe paired with a different body...

Possibly before or at least in the same year, but I kind of see the UK Sea Pony set as a variation on the US one with purple swapped out for yellow. But then you can say the first non-US pony with a unique symbol (or first non-US pony that isn't a sea creature  )

Cascade is has a very pleasant, simple design but I love how her waterdrop symbols kind of look like scallop shells too! 

I thought they were shells! I never realized they were water drops.

I can never decide if I like her or not. She's alright, but not one I really *need*.

I have her and love her. She's definitely a favourite of mine. She's really such a pretty pony. I had a hard time finding her for ages. Was so excited when I finally found her
