She's on the left of this pic. So far I have taken out her weight & am soaking her in boiling water (from the kettle) while her weight is painted (to stop it rusting), Apart from sunfading, is there anything else you recommend to get rid of the brown splotches??? She's been needing a good clean for a while now.

That is some serious discoloration she has going on.  I'd definitely hit up the My Little Pony Preservation Project website.  Someone else might also have some additional ideas for you.
Thanks to Shimmlight for the new avatar image

My thought is hydrogen peroxide likely over anything else.

I've heard that can be good, but I don't want to soak the Pony in it. just spot treat the areas. I did read somewhere that boiling water at least stops anything too nasty from spreading. Sea Murk is drying at the moment. I'll see if I can get H2O2 cream in the UK

Well if all else fails I could make her Sea-palloosa...

H2O2 cream on white ponies will leave yellow spots after removing marks. I didn't use it for cancer marks though. I always put my pony taken apart in the peroxide solution and let her sit in the sun. I even did that with a MO Scribbles and had no hair fading or something like that.

LOL at Sea Murk

Hmm, all I can suggest if you cannot remove the murk - and the discolouration annoys you too much - is to repaint the blotchy bits of the seapony in a few thin layers of acrylic?

I know it's a last resort kind of thing to do, but it's still an option if the fading doesn't work  :)

Couldn't find cream but did get a 12% solution, not much but I filled her body with it (tail weight removed of course) & she's steeping. So far no change...
